bad choice to store your things in three occasions they stole my first one my clothes were locked my cameras did not work the second time they went through the neighboring space breaking the wall which supposedly never found the person who rented that space and the third time they rented the same space without repairing the place where they themselves are the thieves and all the time they say I don't know what happened in the 3 occasions were supposedly different managers if you really appreciate your things do not rent here... read more

Chris Miller CEO should see this location. It is a mess! People going in and out without control. Employees saying it's a normal occurrence. My MOTORHOME broken and left undrivable. ( Brand new motorhome) Yes they finally agreed to "refund" me as if it was a favor to me. NO.....NOPE! Bad Bad place!
Do Yourself A Favor...Do Not Rent Here At ALL. I have rented a unit for over 2 years. The first company was Sentry Storage. When I asked them about the homeless people, they said they cant do anything about it because they pay rent. Huh? This is not a habitable living space. Then Extra Space Storage bought it and they were smart to sell and now iStorage. Because all 3 companies allows homeless to live in their storage units, they bring food and guess who else... RATS!! So unit was broken into like many others. I have hired a local attorney to handle my theft and hold I storage responsible. They have a duty to make sure my stuff is safe there lack of facility security and they fact that the manager seems to be on drugs is a huge issue. I hope anyone readying this understands the risk they are taking by placing your belongings with them. I urge everyone to find attorney to sue the company in hopes to get a class action going. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING AT THIS FACILITY if you truly care for your belongings!!!! We have been renting a unit from them for 3 years, besides frequent ownership changes they have frequent break ins and theft.. no security system in place at all, they say a lot and promise a lot but do not come through with any of it. DO NOT RENT HERE We rented a unit here a few months ago and it was great, when it was called ExtraSpace storage. Now its changed to IStorage, without our knowledge, until today where I got a call saying my RV was broken into. I had passed the phone to my mom so she can confirm if it was actually broken into since she uses the vehicle more than me. Had been at this location less than two months. Went over to cover my camper and found both batteries and propane tanks stolen. Noticed another camper across from mine had tanks missing also. Had a lock on tanks and a chain and lock on battery box. Locks and battery cables were cut with a bolt cutter. Storage changed hands right after I rented a space there. Sheriff wasn't surprised about the report I filed. Insurance adjuster said he had several claims at this location. Hope the new owners improve security. Person in office... read more
DO NOT RENT HERE!! This location has changed management companies/names several times over the course of the year. Crime is rampant at this location. My trailer was broken into and people were staying in it. It was disgusting. Supposedly management lived onsite but they were using the power! Lights and all in my trailer, and I was not the first.
