I'm confident that this place is regularly breaking into their own customers' lockers and selling anything of value. Look at all the reviews. What about all the burglarized lockers without a yelp customer review. Lots and several times a year. I say the above also because of their level of effort to dishonestly pocket my rent money. Rating should show minus10, at least! Last October we rented a large storage with outside access and asked about the inside door. Cassie, property manager assured us that that door was welded shut and that NO ONE had access to it or could gain entry into our unit. Anyone with an inside storage in that area had a code for entrance into the hallway - which was on the other side of that inside door to our unit. WE did not have access to that hallway. Deceptive web descriptions of Units. this facility does not accurately describe units that it advertises on-line. Go see, in person any unit you want to rent before you rent it. A unit described as an 16x18 unit was 32 sq ft short of the advertised square footage. When I went to look at the unit, the move in date I discovered that the unit was a former chicken coop and the height sloped down from a normal height of 7+ feet to a much lower height. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Tried to access my unit during advertised open hours. The gate did not open. Several other people were also trying to get in unsuccessfully. Customer service could not help. They confirmed the access code, confirmed the bill was paid. They even have me an emergency access code. Nothing worked. They contacted the area manager, who may call in the next 48 hours.

So I've been reading the reviews and I agree with the guy who's talking about a class action suit It wasn't even a full 24 hours before the unit my husband rented was broken into and all of his work tools were stolen and they replace the lock they cut off with another lock that looked similar to here so that when he tried to come back the next day to get in because he felt an uncomfortable feeling about the people that were in there he couldn't get in and we couldn't get a hold of anybody no manager nothing and when we final... read more

I only gave 1 star because I can't give 0. All of my stuff is filled with rat droppings and urine. SO much stuff is just ruined. I've paid $250 a month for the last 15 months... $3750 to keep my belongings safe, only for them to get destroyed in this filth.

Terrible place. I have a teardrop camper stored there. It was broken into multiple times. Homeless people slept in it. We found crack pipes and marijuana smoked in it. They stole the battery and propane tank. They moved a big camper in front of the surviellence camera. We are moving it Saturday. They rent storage units to the homeless. I bet they are living in the units They steal everything.

bad choice to store your things in three occasions they stole my first one my clothes were locked my cameras did not work the second time they went through the neighboring space breaking the wall which supposedly never found the person who rented that space and the third time they rented the same space without repairing the place where they themselves are the thieves and all the time they say I don't know what happened in the 3 occasions were supposedly different managers if you really appreciate your things do not rent here... read more

Chris Miller CEO should see this location. It is a mess! People going in and out without control. Employees saying it's a normal occurrence. My MOTORHOME broken and left undrivable. ( Brand new motorhome) Yes they finally agreed to "refund" me as if it was a favor to me. NO.....NOPE! Bad Bad place!
