I used to be pleased with this company until my price doubled within months. I was paying $194 last year for a 1020 and literally from one month to another the price doubled. Now I was hit yet again with another price increase making my new monthly rate almost $400. An near 110% increase in such a short time period is ridiculous and abuse by this company. I will be scheduling a move and going else where that has reasonable rates.

Wish I can give a negative star rating to this scam of a business.First and foremost there is nothing on there website stating or indicating that any price on there is promotional. The bait and switch tactic is predatory.I initially rented the unit for $78 a month and my rent has increased to a whopping $140 a month the women on the phone stated they sent over a letter telling me about the increase but I never got anything. A 1-star rating is more than this company deserves. I rented a 10x10 unit from them for $55 per month, and after 4 months my rent has been increased to twice that amount. I will be looking for another unit. This is criminal, and I really don't know how it's even legal. I will be speaking to an attorney.

Aug 2025 - Well, they did it again. Raised the rates again, ******************'s a breakdown ************* - $185 5/2024-10/2024 - $220 (originally $244)10/2025-7/2025 - $309 8/2025 - $389 So in a year and a half my rent has gone from $185 to $389. That's a 110% increase in that time, more than double ($370 would be double). If you plan on renting from this place plan to pay more than twice as much if you plan on being there long term. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I found them inline and thought $67/month plus insurance isnt band for. 10 by 10. When I got to the facility, they said the online price plus insurance would be $87. I went with that. After 4 months I get A notice in the mail 10 days before my payment is due saying the cot was increasing to $161. I rented a storage space from Extra Space Storage located at ****************************************************************************. My rental unit is a 5 x10 and the rate agreed to was $55.00 per month plus $11.00 insurance amount plus tax coming to $67.21 per month for 4 months. My new rate increased including insurance and taxes is now $123.31 which is a 83.4% increase over 3 months. I have been renting a 10 by 15 storage unit in ********************* area. My monthly rent is $128 and I have been renting the unit for 4 months since April 2025. Now the company charges me $208 a monthly. The local office kindly enough to lower the payment to about $178. I was told by the local office that the reason of increase was because the market demand/support. My storage unit was broken into and robbed, and despite multiple attempts, I have yet to receive a response from any district manager. I was also informed that there is no surveillance footage available during the time of the incident—an unacceptable lapse in basic security. This reflects gross negligence and a clear failure in the company’s duty to protect its customers and their property. I expect accountability and immediate action to address this serious issue.

This is a terrible facility do not rent a unit here unless you want random rent increases and damaged items with no resolution. Ive been renting here for about 8 months and Ive had 4 rent increases for no reason other than I had my items there too long. When you ask to speak to management they tell you they dont have a number you can speak to anyone one. This place tries to get every dollar out of you and then try to add extra fees on top of that. FIND SOMEONE WHERE ELSE.
