I needed help changing my phone number… I needed help changing my phone number on file which sounds like it should be simple but is actually quite complicated. It requires a live Zoom call, recorded video, etc. for KYC purposes, anyways,Darya was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She got me through the process with very little hassle. While it seemed like a big procedure to change a phone number on my profile, I do appreciate their seriousness when it comes to your identity and the security of your assets.

Welcomed increase in security measures I noticed that ITC has increased their security measures, which is a very good thing to do at such a time as we are living in these days. I didn’t consider it an inconvenience at all. Did have to go through online and phone/zoom verifications. Made me feel secure about my transaction. Raphael was great to work with. Very personable and helpful. I’ve been with ITC for quite some time and hope to be with them for years to come.

Spoke with Zach Spoke with Zach - Director of client experience whom called me after a negative experience and we went thru the experience and my issue will get pushed up the latter, and hopefully resolved again customer service at itrustcapital is fantastic but there are still a few issue they will work on resolving as far as onboarding fiat to the platform. Zach - Thank you for listening to my experience and working on a solution. Met my limits for 2025 but we will try again in 2026
