I just opened two different types of accounts at iTrust. Moving my money is a big deal because it scares the crap out of me (I don't understand all the ins and outs of these things), and the folks at iTrust made it easy. They are right on top of everything, often late into the evening. They explain things so the rest of us who aren't finance people can understand, and they provide everything you need to make the process painless.
Great to have a retirement acct where I can invest in bitcoin and gold & silver now! Easy to use site. Suggest they have a way to generate how your portfolio is performing ( charts) and what shows me what My cost invested vs current market for that investment. Also suggest an easier way to fund it than wiring and checks or roll overs which can take a while (ACH withdraw from my bank acct maybe? ).
I compared all of the crypto IRAs available extensively and iTrust definitely has the best package. Easy to use interface, 24/7 tax free trading, reasonable fees, and a wide variety of constantly expanding crypto assets. The two big areas where iTrust falls short are the lack of limit orders, and staking rewards. Supposedly they are in the works but have not heard much news on this in awhile. Overall would and have recommended to family and friends.
I am a retired fee-only RIA and CFP, sold my firm in Chicago in 2013. I have already referred family and friends to iTrust Capital. So far, I am really happy. The transfer of some of my IRA at TD Ameritrade went smoothly and quickly. Your website is clear and easy to make trades and to see values.

Great customer service and a very powerful product. I am waiting for many needed updates on the technology end and the ability to contribute any dollar amount (currently $1000 min) and they need to increase the speed of ACH transactions which are currently taking two weeks.
