That's my honest opinion so far . Ok.. so customer support is extraordinary and very interactive and really "supportive" along the way, at every turn they are there to direct you, via email or txt giving you the complete answers to the questions that you didn't even think of yet. You guys should be proud 👏 That's another level of standards for any other customer support to learn from. No Ai .. live interactive experienced and intelligent human to strike a conversation with .👏

Traditional IRA to Roth Conversion Had a call with Romeo to follow up on my Traditional IRA to Roth conversion and he was very helpful and stated he was going to make he sends my email to appropriate team member to process my conversion.
