I just started with iTrust about a month ago. All my transfers from previous IRA brokerages have gone thru seamlessly and all correct. The staff is speedy to respond to all of my concerns and questions on anything, and there is a schedule call option if you need a live person, but I was able to figure most of it out myself, very straight forward platform. This is a very well run company and I have the utmost confidence in their service.
It has been a good experience overall, however initially I struggled getting everything set up, as I was told to transfer my 401k on my own, I wish they took care of the paperwork with the previous company.
I love your service for the most part and the dashboard. It is a bit disconcerting, though, not being able to call a number and not being able to talk to a live person. Instead, you make a person set up an appointment 2 or 3 days later and talk with them then. I'm sure this can be chalked up to Covid and the attempt to keep costs down. Thanks, Kevin
Had a really smooth process with iTrustCapital rolling over a 401k from an old employer. Funding was surprisingly quick and easy: I think it was less than 48 hours after I submitted the application. I was excited to put my money to work in something other than the stock market, and now my account has grown by nearly 25% in just a few weeks. Hoping they’ll add some more alternative assets to their lineup, although it is nice that they stick to the more safe haven investments in crypto and precious metals.
