Felipe was very knowledgeable and helpful!! Unfortunately the 401(k) plan at my work does not allow me to do an in-service roll over so I am currently exploring other options unfortunately I believe there’s nothing I can do or at least that’s what my 401(k) people are telling me, and my business is not willing to change their plan so I am able to do an in service roll over into a Roth IRA which I would be in interest to you and do the cryptocurrency investment that I want to. I think signing up for Itrust was probably one of the best things I have done this decade. Not only do they provide the best transparent fees model compared to all the other crypto IRA institutions, they also have been very responsive and helpful in the communication. I have now referred a handful of my friends to Itrust simply because "i trust" them
Sooo appreciate opportunity to buy crypto in a roth, and once you get hang of it, site is easy to use. Only beef: Not being able to get human on phone promptly without appt - a little more handholding would have teduced anxiety in esrly going, first transfers... /kw

I like your platform very much. Have had no issues placing trades even during high volume. Just would like to know when you are going to have other alt coins someone could get on Coinbase, etc. Also, your information about lending crypto currency and having 100% liquidity was very good and insightful.
Don't like the monthly fee but if it keeps gaining, it's worth it. Somewhat limited crypto coins but that may not be a bad thing! Too soon to determine. Only been in it a month but so far happy! CRP
