Julian demonstrated professional… Julian demonstrated professional competence and understanding of my difficulties in completing my IRA transfer. He explained the banking changes and some of the confusion that was created. I was especially impressed when our call got cutoff and he called me back immediately. I’m not happy with the delays in funds transfer, but I would highly recommend Julian.

Chad V. is awesome! Chad V. was so very helpful. I accidentally got locked out of my account due to my own stupid error and he walked me through the process of fixing it. He stayed on the line with me while he got an answer from their tech department. Did I mention that this was at 4:35 on a Friday afternoon when they close at 5:00? Very impressive customer service.
