I like the app but, it could improve. I like the app, would really just like to have more investment options. Such as Sugar, Beans, Oil, natural gas, etc. If that was an option I’d give it 5 stars.

Trent did a phenomenal job handling my… Trent did a phenomenal job handling my problem with a transfer from Prudential and the phone was actually answered. Last week I called 4 times and waited 30 minutes each time. Each time it got down to one person ahead of me, I was then disconnected. Very frustrating. Trent did a great job handling my problem.

These guys are the REAL DEAL! Ok, so they were having a computer glitch that made it so I couldn't trade. I called and informed them. Trent said they were working on the issue and would keep me posted on progress. He then texted me with his direct line so I could keep in touch. Bottom line is they had it fixed in a couple days. My trade execute and I made money. They also went above and beyond and insisted that I receive $100 for my trouble. These guys are the real deal! You can trust them to do everything they say and more.
