Great customer service! I opened an IRA on Black Friday and did not expect anyone to answer when I called for help and definitely not the best customer service I have ever seen in my life. Chad P. went above and beyond helping to make sure the transfer documents were correct. He looked up requirements from my current IRA holder and helped me make a correction that probably saved me a week on the transfer.
