Very easy to navigate Very easy to navigate. Purchase of precious metals was easy. IMO, this is a much better way to add physical gold to your portfolio. Other gold IRA sites charge storage fees which add up over time.

During the hectic time when the custodian was being changed she was still able to help me perform a Roth conversion.
