Problem solved by Philipe Cabrera :) Due to a shortage in employees, my scheduled call with Philipe Cabrera was delayed. I thought I somehow missed it but was very glad he called. I had some questions that couldn't be solved with a message, and a problem I wasn't sure could be fixed, but he fixed it! He was very friendly and answered my questions.

ITrust has been absolutely fantastic ITrust has been absolutely fantastic. I received more helpful phone calls and emails from Felipe and Jared in the past few weeks than I got in several years from my prior IRA custodian. What I especially appreciated was their attention to detail. Jared, for example, caught a mistake I made in filling out the forms that could have been really expensive.
