Transfered fund I was wondering and concerning what happened to my transferred fund for a few weeks ago. Deniellie was kindly explained what was going on my fund even I was confused between "pre-taxed" and "post-taxed". Now, I fully understood what was going on my fund. Great
Danielli helped me through the next… Danielli helped me through the next step setting up an account for my wife. My first experience setting up my own was call after call and mail after mail. I think part of it is poor instruction, and part user inexperience. Whatever the case, this round seems to be progressing better than last. I would say there is still a lot of room for improvement in the onboarding process.
