1st I love the concept of I trust. 1st I love the concept of I trust. The reason for the review is the whole buy and sell set up is got some serious problems. The cost for trades is a 1% fee. But that’s not the all the cost. The buy cost is always higher than any other market that I can find. So you pay more and buy less. Then when you go to sell the price is lower than everyone including their own buy price. So you are taking loss buying and selling over and above the 1% fee!!!! Having to wait 7 days to speak to a… Having to wait 7 days to speak to a representative is a bit excessive. Other than that, process to enroll is simple, selection of coins is good and wire transfer was available in a timely manner.

Great experience so far Great experience so far. The transfer took a lot of time from the large, unnamed company that had my previous employer's 401k but once they cut the check, iTrust ran with it. The gave me exact time frames all of which were met, exactly and the system runs well. All good and as expected.
Great to have a custodial account for… Great to have a custodial account for rolling over my IRA, I wish the website would allow me to look at each of my investments and the current state of the market, also how I will be able to withdraw any profits or an easy way to transfer profits to invest into another coin.

iTrustCapital could have better communications channels. Good Customer Service! iTrustCapital could have better communications channels like a phoneline or a instant messenger application. But, when I am able to connect with their customer service, they do a very good job!
