Wish there was ability to speak to a… Wish there was ability to speak to a representative of ITrust in event that I have questions. Very hard to not have a person to reach out to.
Acceptable but need some polishing So the online interface is smooth. The largest issues are the on ramp to get setup in the system, followed by the transfer of funds. These two issues are why you only get three stars. I really like the rest. You guys need to have a live agent that can be called to help with on ramp questions, though the FAQ is good, sometimes a voice with a quick update is best.
