From my very first appointment with Dr. Balart, I can truly say in my 62 years of life, this man is AWESOME. He made me feel welcome. He cared about me, how I felt as a person and the medical procedure that was preform, before and after. He’s professional, he’s warm, he’s friendly, he’s caring.
