Dr.Carter Balart is a True a Doctor who REALLY cares about your life and well being. He spends ALOT of one on one time with you, and actually calls you HIMSELF PERSONALLY, which is unheard of anymore. If he doesn't have the answer, he is honest, and will find out A Doctor that does! He is the most awesome Doctor I've ever had in MY LIFE. I RECOMMEND him without a doubt. You will be cared for, in excellent healthcare.
I have seen Dr. Balart in the past six years and have been so impressed. He is the sweetest and most understanding person. I have sent several people to him and they all feel the same way. He reminds you of doctors from long ago.

Dr. Carter basically gave me my life back. After having been misdiagnosed by the digestive center for 4 years I decided to get a second opinion and I sure am glad I did. The doc is legit in all facets of the business. I highly recommend
I wasn’t being helped by the medicine prescribed by another doctor. My problems were getting worse so I looked for another opinion. I had my records sentbefore this first appointment so doctor would know my history. Dr. Balart came in and I tried to explain my problems, one of which was all the medications tried before didn’t help but actually worsened.
