Great doctor. Very sharp. Very caring. Meticulous. Personable. Have used him for years and will continue using him for years. He has assisted me and my wife with colonoscopies, endoscopies and several other procedures.
Dr. Balart is an outstanding Dr. and a very nice guy. He always takes what ever time I need, to make me feel comfortable. He answers all my questions directly. It is hard to have an actual conversation with many Dr.'s, but that is not the case with Dr. Balart. I really appreciate him. He knows his stuff !!

Dr.Carter Balart is a True a Doctor who REALLY cares about your life and well being. He spends ALOT of one on one time with you, and actually calls you HIMSELF PERSONALLY, which is unheard of anymore. If he doesn't have the answer, he is honest, and will find out A Doctor that does! He is the most awesome Doctor I've ever had in MY LIFE. I RECOMMEND him without a doubt. You will be cared for, in excellent healthcare.
I have seen Dr. Balart in the past six years and have been so impressed. He is the sweetest and most understanding person. I have sent several people to him and they all feel the same way. He reminds you of doctors from long ago.
Dr. Balart is always extremely courteous and attentive. He has been treating me for years and always answers all of my questions and puts me at ease about my condition. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services. Thank you for always being so kind and resourceful.
Dr. Carter basically gave me my life back. After having been misdiagnosed by the digestive center for 4 years I decided to get a second opinion and I sure am glad I did. The doc is legit in all facets of the business. I highly recommend
