Dr. Carter basically gave me my life back. After having been misdiagnosed by the digestive center for 4 years I decided to get a second opinion and I sure am glad I did. The doc is legit in all facets of the business. I highly recommend
I wasn’t being helped by the medicine prescribed by another doctor. My problems were getting worse so I looked for another opinion. I had my records sentbefore this first appointment so doctor would know my history. Dr. Balart came in and I tried to explain my problems, one of which was all the medications tried before didn’t help but actually worsened.
