Service and food were excellent as always. Servers and staff go above & beyond to meet our requests. Matthew was our server and is the BEST!! We will definitely ask for him on our next visit.
J-Prime was a good choice for our short anniversary trip in SA! Enjoyed having a “Happy Anniversary” card and rose on our table upon arrival. Maître d’ was very attentive and helped with a special surprise for my husband. Waiter was great, but they may want to reconsider giving them larger tables if they have to take part in table side requests. We continuously return to J Prime, not just for the food, but for the service. I wish more establishments understood good service. Your staff excels at the human connection. We lack that in our society; they have it. We always ask for the same servers, but just know that all would do just as well. Congratulations for promoting Brittany; well deserved. Keep moving her up. We went there to celebrate her daughters birthday. Everything was exceptional from the initial greeting at the gate our table, The beautiful birthday balloon would lights was one of the highlights. The service was amazing. Food was great. We will definitely be back again soon.
BEST DINNING EXPERIENCE EVER! DEFINITELY GOING BACK
Service was absolutely superb! Reservation was timely, greeted promptly and all the staff made us feel Very welcomed. Server was quite attentive, food was just perfect and quite delicious!
The service and food where OUTSTANDING like always you can never go wrong with the crab fried rice it’s to die for !!!!!! But being that it wasn’t very busy and it was not even half full they set some very young children right behind us that did have a few VERY loud screams not to fun for a nice dinner ! But other than that always great food and service!!!
We chose J.Prime to celebrate our anniversary and I’m so glad we did! We requested a pic of Conway Twitty on our table - it’s an inside joke between us - and the staff came through. The food was wonderful and I cannot say enough about the level of service we received!
