The best service I’ve ever received. The waiters were very knowledgeable and attentive. All of the food was beyond exceptional.I have already made another reservation to dine again.

We had an amazing night! Excellent service and delicious food.
My girlfriend and I had a great experience dining here for her birthday. They had a balloon, card, and cake to make the night special. We were seated upstairs. The filet duo and lobster were delicious as well as the wedge salad. The waiter was very polite and attentive. The manager even stopped by our table to make sure everything tasted well and there were no issues. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to celebrate those special occasions.
Food was amazing and the staff treat you like royalty. We had a wonderful dinner.
We had an overall great dinner. Unfortunately I like my steak more well done and they undercooked it then overcooked it so that I only ate 1/2 of my filet - despite my asking for it to be butterflied. My husbands steak was perfect!
The entire experience, from sign in to check out, was stellar. The staff insisted and ensured we were well attended to. Special callouts to Matthew, Garrett, Brittany, Noah, and Michael. The food was perfectly prepared and served. Splurge on the A5 Wagyu. You will be amazed. We were visiting from South Carolina and will DEFINETLY come back.
The experience was perfect! No place has better service than J-Prime. Still the best steak I’ve ever had. Love the staff and the ambiance. Our Waitress Alex was great, very knowledgeable and helped make the whole night great.
The service was exceptional and the food was excellent, but the atmosphere was absolutely terrible. We were seated in the main area and the music was so horribly loud that we couldn’t hear each other speak and it really spoiled our experience. I was uncomfortable the entire time because I was trying to enjoy a nice evening out but I felt like I was inside a night club. It was clearly not a fine dining experience.
