J-Prime is just awesome! The service is exceptional. I believe more businesses should look at how J-Prime treats their customers. It is beyond words. The food was absolutely delicious! We each had a filet mignon along with some great drinks. We were treated to a complimentary dessert since it was our anniversary. You cannot go wrong with J-Prime, and we will definitely be returning.
J-Prime is an excellent place for an excellent dining experience. From the front door to the kitchen, every employee becomes your personal concierge. Our server (Justin) displayed a very high level of a servant attitude. I’ll always dine here & refer everyone I know.
J Prime is by far our favorite steakhouse. The service is wonderful and the food is beyond amazing! Steak is cooked to perfection and flavorful. The charcuterie board we ordered had a ton of variety, which doesn’t always happen at restaurants. Drinks were also fantastic! Best steakhouse I’ve been to in Texas.
Great Atmosphere Great Food
Celebrated a new job offer here and as usual, JPrime did not disappoint! Impeccable service - our waiter was attentive without being pushy and we always had everything we needed. We love the amuse bouche - it’s wonderful every time. Husband ordered ribeye and I had the scallops with the lobster bites. It was all super tasty. For dessert we had the celebration cake and it’s huge but we took it down! Always a fantastic experience here.
Still cannot believe how amazing the service and food was. We’ve lived in San Antonio for 3 years. The first time we’ve enjoyed everything. This experience was the superb!!!!
As usual the service and food were impeccable. Service was prompt and not overly attentive. Was a little noisy from other tables so we did have to lean into each other to hear each other across the table. Was our anniversary so it was special. They did recognize that with a card, rose, and creme brulee. This is certainly not a place for those on a budget but is great for a special occasion!
Great experience overall. Everything we ordered we loved. Great service. Very attentive staff. Made our Carojillo in front of us at our table which was fun to watch. 😊
Server (Alexis) was very helpful and Daniel helped explain what was in certain foods which was really nice. Food was amazing, there were a few times we ran out of our sparkling water and never had any until we asked someone for more. The food took a while as well but other then that it was great. Would highly recommend.
