Yesterday we celebrated my husband’s birthday. JPrime made our dining experience and his birthday one for the books! The service here is exemplary! In fact, it should be industry standard for all restaurants. The entire staff anticipated our needs. Just to see everyone work together to ensure our experience was pleasant was wonderful! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and the food was outstanding and was second only to the service. We were well taken care of and attended to. Mattias was our sever and was extremely helpful and kind. A wonderful experience.
Service was just fair for the price. Had to request items x 3. Always love the ambiance.
Fantastic. First time there. All the great reviews lived up to the hype. Great food. Service etc. Steak was perfect, dessert just as good. Staff couldn't be better. Hard to go anywhere else after that experience. Not one bad thing to say.

We went to J-Prime to celebrate our 5yr anniversary and it was amazing. The ambience, service and food. We did have a bit of a wait, but the staff was more than generous with making up and compensating us for our wait due to this dinner being a special occasion for us. If we are ever in the San Antonio area again, we will definitely put JPrime on our list of musts. Our server, Hamilton, was also great. An amazing experience!
