We never miss the opportunity to dine at J-Prime Steakhouse … we’ve been customers since “Day1” of opening on 1604 location . Exquisite food selection & excellent service is their style always .. U can’t skip the lively & chatty but fine atmosphere & ambience at the Bar as well ..
First time at J-Prime Steak House. It was amazing! It was our 29th Wedding Anniversary and the staff were super attentive and all of them wished us a Happy Anniversary and we had a special card and rose waiting for us at the table. All of the staff including the Chef and Manager stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary, which was super cool to have such attention! Brought a valued client in tonight - Hamilton provided fantastic service and guidance with the menu. Enjoyed the new tuna and salmon sushi along with a filet. So delicious! 🔥
Ordered the lamb chops lolli’s as my meal. Asked for them medium rare, they came well done. Told the waitress and It took about 30 minutes for them to be remade. By that time side dishes were cold and wife was done w her steak. Then the chops were rare. Could barely eat one. At that point took it as a loss. Was offered a free drink for the problem. I find it problematic that they were cooked poorly twice.
There was a plumbing issue in which the smell hits you as soon as you walk in the door.
