Always impressed with my experiences here! Service is always above and beyond good. It's lovely to have several staff and managers check on our table to ensure everything is great. I always get the lobster bisque because it's the best I've ever had (and the lobster is never overcooked and chewy). The filet is always cooked exactly how I request (medium rare) - many places undercook steak based on the temp, but not J-PRIME. It's been Awhile since my last visit, love the after dinner warm hand towels, the lamb was outstanding and the service was impeccable!

The special occasion was to treat our granddaughter to a great meal since returning from a 2 month missionary trip to Uganda. And before she heads back to & M. You guys really came through. Food and service were superb. Believe our main server was Andres.

Everything was superb. Alex made sure we wanted for nothing. The staff, support, bartenders and management complimented the evening making sure our happy hour experience was the best. We will be back!
