JA Bertsch provided excellent service from the very first onsite visit, to service install and project completion. Quality work throughout the project. When we ran into an unknown situation, the company responded quickly and solved our issue. We couldn’t be more pleased with the efficiency of the HvAC system, and the outdoor heat pump is so quiet. Thank you JA Bertsch for your superb customer service for us.
Jesse the Estimator was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. Katie in the office was great to deal with and April the Technician who completed the install was very friendly, professional, efficient, and did an amazing job. She took incredible measures to keep our home clean and tidy. After she left, no one would know she was even here. Highly recommend.

Everyone here is so nice and very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job installing both a ductless mini-split head downstairs as well as a ducted upstairs system with smart thermostat. Highly recommend!
Tyler and Jaydon were awesome!!! They provided excellent service, arrived timely, gave very detailed explanations of what they were doing and the outcomes, and did a great job of cleaning up prior to leaving. Compared to another company I used in the past their service level was far superior.
