Everyone here is so nice and very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job installing both a ductless mini-split head downstairs as well as a ducted upstairs system with smart thermostat. Highly recommend!
Erik just performed my annual service and I couldn’t be happier. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and had a great attitude! Can’t beat this company for knowledge, professionalism and integrity. As a comfort club enrollee, everything is easy and scheduled for me. Can’t recommend them enough. Nothings better than knowing you have great service professionals a phone call away that you can count on.
Had a wonderful experience getting a new electric heat pump furnace installed at our lake cabin. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Showed up promptly and did the install and cleaned everything up and were pleasant the entire time. I hope I don’t need another furnace anytime soon, but I’d certainly call them if I did. Also, a great family run business (one of the guys has been with them almost 20 years and is related to the owner).
Eric was personable knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what was going on with our system. He fixed the issue very quickly and was on his way. We have been very pleased with this organization from the very first time we started working with them and highly recommend them for anybody looking for support with their heating and AC needs.
We had an incredible experience with J.A. Bertsch Heating & Cooling and their technician, Sean. Over a holiday weekend, we discovered one of our AC vents had come off—and even worse, our beloved cat had gone missing. We quickly realized she must have crawled into the vent system, but she wasn’t making any noise, and we had no way of finding her ourselves.
