I joined their Comfort Club three years ago to regularly care for the HVAC in my home. Their technicians are polite, professional, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They are always on time and reliable. I appreciate the service they provide, as well as the time their technicians take working and explaining findings. They have also cleaned my fireplace, which made a big difference. My parents have tried a few other companies around CDA that were MUCH more expensive. This is the place to go for your HVAC needs.

We needed our ancient fireplace insert serviced Our technician, Brian, was just the best. Professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. We will now use J.A. Bertsch as our go to and have already referred a friend.
Had our annual preventative tankless water heater and propane central heater servicing performed today. As an aside, both these systems were both installed by J.A. Bertsch. Eric arrived on time and performed both services in a timely fashion. The units were in decent shape, but the flush of the water heater proved the necessity of annual maintenance for enhancing the reliability of the critical systems. The A/C went out on my sister home on a hot Sunday. We called J.A. Bertsch and Jesse was out in less than 2 hours!!! On A Sunday! They also installed a mini splint at our home in the garage. There prices are very fare . Awesome service! Awesome Company

We were originally scheduled for a duct cleaning and system maintenance at the end of the month but they squeezed us in early. Tyler showed up promptly at 9am and worked until after 6pm. He was friendly, informative, and gave us lots of options. I rarely take the time to review a company, but the job I received from J.A. Bertsch was so great: I had to.
