My AC stopped working during the hottest period of summer. I requested an appointment online first thing the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call immediately and schedule a technician the same morning. John arrived promptly and was very thorough. The problem was not major. I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan to avoid further issues. Very pleased with them
While they provided good service, and explained to me what the options were, They were very expensive and over the phone they misrepresented their fee structure. I specifically asked if there was a travel charge since I am 20 miles from their business. I was told no, but on the bill was $109 for "out of service area diagnostic fee". The total bill for recharging my AC and adding a leak sealer (small bottle) was $493. That is exorbitant in my opinion.
I had signed up for the maintainer program and every time a tech came they would give me estimates for hundreds of dollars. Where the techs are nice enough this company doesn't give a hoot about customer service and the administrative side is even worse. I will look forward to moving on to company who cares enough about their customer instead of being a number.

I called today because my furnace wasn't working and was told the soonest someone could get to me was more than a week out. They apparently don't want new business nor care that a 79 year old has no heat in freezing temperatures. Comfort heating was out in an hour and were great.
They installed my air conditioner and heater and did a good job but their maintenance wasn't so good. I was supposed to get one free cleaning the first year. When I called for service they acted like they never told me I'd get s free clean out. Left me unhappy they couldn't live up to what they promised.
