Great upbeat positive attitude with Jackie! Including both spouses in all emails would have been helpful. More attention to detail could have prevented the situation where we were signing a doc for loan approval the night before close of escrow. Overall--good communication skills, knowledge of loan processes and connection with the right realty people to put a deal together.
