Our experience with Jacie Casteel and Sterling Mortgage staff was excellent. They were available for our questions and guided us through the loan process. our world has become very technical however, we are not, and therefore we needed the personal interaction that Jacie provided to make the new loan a reality. Great upbeat positive attitude with Jackie! Including both spouses in all emails would have been helpful. More attention to detail could have prevented the situation where we were signing a doc for loan approval the night before close of escrow. Overall--good communication skills, knowledge of loan processes and connection with the right realty people to put a deal together.
