I called on 11/7/05 to schedule appointment to repair a chimilator. Appointment was set for 11/30/05 because Pixley was very busy. They confirmed the appointment for the 30th on 11/29/05. On 11/30, Pixley cancelled apt for that day. The appointment was then set for 12/30. I then received a message that the appointment was set for 12/23. I called on 11/22 to determine if the appointment was the 23d or the 30th. I was told they could not do the service either day because it was too late in the season and it could be unsafe.
