I appreciated the more personal communication style. Jake's quick & frequent direct communication, either call or text, really made the refi process stand apart from other online lenders. Also he gave an honest estimate on when refi would be complete due to current high volume, and I was pleased that we met that target date without too many surprises or hitches along the way, even considering that my home was under a current federal natural disaster area!
