Most real estate transactions have bumps in the road. They are just messy and Jake proved to have the leadership and communication to work through those bumps. He showed his experience and superior customer service throughout all aspects of this transaction. He is the kind of person I would want to go to battle with in any transaction. He deals with adversity properly. The only thing I would look at improving is the Title Company processes. Especially in rural area loans.
