Jacob was very honest and upfront. I tried to refinance with Jake a few years ago, and it really was not cost effective for me. He was honest about that, even though he didn’t make that “saleâ€. I tried again this year and it worked out to my benefit. Jake kept me informed and the process went smoothly. I am so happy that I was able to go from a 30 (well 26) year mortgage to a 15 year mortgage which means I will actually be able to RETIRE from Social Work at age 66!! Thanks Jake!!!
