Jacob was very honest and upfront. I tried to refinance with Jake a few years ago, and it really was not cost effective for me. He was honest about that, even though he didnâ€™t make that â€œsaleâ€. I tried again this year and it worked out to my benefit. Jake kept me informed and the process went smoothly. I am so happy that I was able to go from a 30 (well 26) year mortgage to a 15 year mortgage which means I will actually be able to RETIRE from Social Work at age 66!! Thanks Jake!!!

Our refinance was a breeze thanks to Jake! He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and walked us through the entire process that we were anxious to complete. He was always quick to reply to our many questions via email, text, or phone. This reduced the stress that we felt as we began our refinance journey.
