The best loan officer in Santa Clarita!!! This was the fifth time we used Jake to purchase an investment home, vacation home or refinance our primary home. Jake made the process easy, and as always, was extremely helpful! Thanks again Jake, especially for taking our weekend calls. lol

Jake Young was very professional and very patient while explaining the entire refinance process. He was always available if were had any questions...regardless of time of day or night. He kept us informed of the entire refinance process during this "pandemic period" and we appreciate his attention to details.

Jake was not only friendly, but a professional who takes pride in his work. He has the knowledge to get it done correctly and on time. Our realtor who coordinated with him when needed was pleased with him as well. He was ahead of things when he could be. He was on the details. Every phone call, text or email was returned promptly.
