Dr. Appiah was very thorough in making sure there would be no complications during my oral surgery. He knew I have asthma and an autoimmune disorder so he asked for surgery clearance from my Rheumatologist first and also had me take 2 puffs of an inhaler right before the surgery began. I really appreciate that. He was kind and gentle in demeanor which reduced my pre-surgery anxiety. He listened to my concerns about TMJ pain and acted accordingly. My daughter was so afraid of getting her tooth pulled. She wanted to cancel the appointment but she really needed to go. From the time she arrived at the North Brunswick office she felt welcomed. Mario at the front desk was excellent - customer service skills top notch. I arrived on time for my wisdom tooth appointment. Due to the clinic's high volume, I was forced to stand and wait for minutes, causing stress and extreme dry mouth. I took a minuscule sip of water.When questioned, my imperfect English limited my explanation. Dr. Appiah immediately refused the surgery.
