My husband's hip replacement surgey went better than anticipated. I have been a massage therapist for 21 years and have helped many through hip replacement and I have never seen one as smooth as this one. Dr. Bowers is the best. My recent appointment was great. We will both continue to work with Dr. Bowers as long as he is in practice which I hope is a long time. He is professional, caring, skilled and efficient. I would recommend Dr. Bowers for all yoru ortho needs.
Dr. Bowers is a highly skilled surgeon. In addition to his surgical skills, he exhibits excellent communication skills. He is totally present when he communicates with you; has good listening skills and responds to all questions in an understandable and caring manner. His support staff are excellent in assisting with any questions or concerns that may arise. They exhibit a caring and supportive attitude towards each patient.I strongly recommend Dr. Bowers and his staff

Dr. Bowers was recommended to me for hip replacement surgery, and I could not be more satisfied. His initial exam was thorough and considerate, not rushed, and his explanations were clear and concise. The surgery completely corrected a severely dysplased joint, including restoring the original leg length, which had been highly compromised. Subsequent recovery has been rapid, without complications, and follow-up consults have also been professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The staff were excellent and I couldn't be more pleased
Dr. Jim Bowers is fantastic. He listened carefully to me when i explained the issues with my right knee. He clearly explained how the knee functions and why I was having my pain. He then advised a conservative approach to start off with. I.ve had two knee surgeries on my left knee and two rotator cuff surgeries at HSS in NYC so I.m very familiar with orthopedic surgeons. I.m very impressed with Dr. Bowers.
Such great care! Efficient...yet good bedside manner.
