Great visit, everyone was friendly and professional. It made my visit easier than expected. I very much appreciated being fit into their schedule on such short notice. The staff are exceptional and my first appointment with Dr. Vlassis was as well, starting with their accommodating my mistake in thinking the appointment was two and a half hours earlier than it was. Having traveled from the Utica area, it was greatly appreciated. Dr. Vlassis spent a lot of time going over my complicated dental history, examining my mouth and x-rays, and thoroughly explaining every aspect of the periodontal problem for which I'd consulted, how to better facilitate healing, and offering a surgical solution ... read more
