Always irritated with the front desk. Very noisy small waiting room and I don’t like everyone hearing my business so I went around the side. I first arrived, standing back waiting and the same young woman (Taylor ?) was yes busy, but could have at least nodded. Fortunately the other gal noticed her not acknowledging me and gave me papers I needed to fill out. The hygienist and I are trying to adjust to each others needs to get through the cleaning. I am always sensitive and anxious- my whole life.

My experience from the start has been so positive! Everyone in this office is extremely kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Dr. Vlassis was very thorough, understanding, and patient. The anxiety I had at the start, and I mean the very beginning as in scheduling the appointment, was gone within 5 minutes of meeting Dr. Vlassis and his staff.
