Easy to install with clean easy to read install instructions. Features set is pretty good but missing a couple key features. Wish it would display water temp. The pump has the sensor as it uses the values for freeze protection. Display that value. Scheduling is pretty good but needs the four button quick push functionality like the panel has. The pump is very quiet, but the fact that everything needs to be controlled through an App is a bit annoying.

The iqPump was the perfect addition to my new Jandy variable-speed pump. The iqPump allows me to control and monitor my pump right from my phone, no matter where I am. I highly recommend adding this to your Jandy pump.

It's fine, nothing exceptionally special. The biggest problem with it is that it keeps dropping off the wifi connection. And it's not the wifi, it's the device. Every other device has no issue and is always accessible, only this one requires me being physically present to go out and turn on the wifi every other day. And this is not a unique problem, peers with the same controller have the same issue and it is seen mentioned repeatedly in online forums. I wish I had seen it sooner, I would have looked to other solutions.

Pump seems to work reliably. My issue is with setup. It was difficult to get it paired to the app because it uses a local wifi connection to do the setup. Bluetooth would be a better choice because you could still access the internet for help during setup. Also, part of the issue may have been temperature. I live in AZ and the controller is in full sun part of the day. Ambient temp was 100+ when I was trying to do the pairing.
