We have really enjoyed the hot tub, as well as the pool heater. We have used it 2x’s so far to heat the pool and it has been great.

Our natural gas heater has had a "Check gas valve" code on it for a month now, and we still have not been contacted about someone coming to check on it.

We got a factory defective heater. Leslie swapped but we had to pay for installation twice. The unit should have never left the factory.
