We got a factory defective heater. Leslie swapped but we had to pay for installation twice. The unit should have never left the factory.

Heater broke upon first use. Made a loud rumbling sound and began shooting out copper wires. Awaiting warranty reps to fix/replace

Our heater broke after 3 years, very disappointed as our previous Jandy heater lasted 13 years. Unfortunately, the warranty is only good for 2 years.

Customer services was focused on how to avoid warranty. I replaced a pentair 400K for this jandy. the plumbing was connected by a licence gas company and the the two wires were connected by my brother and i, both of us are qualified for that simple change including my brother which is an electrician but i didnt notice the "I catch you" questions at the beginning of the talk with customer services and i told them that i simple connect ed the wires because the old and new heather were very similar. after 5 month and 5 or 6 u... read more
