Good experience
It is a very efficient heater, works quickly and syncs nicely with our new remote control system.
Our natural gas heater has had a "Check gas valve" code on it for a month now, and we still have not been contacted about someone coming to check on it.

We got a factory defective heater. Leslie swapped but we had to pay for installation twice. The unit should have never left the factory.

having to replace a heater after 3 years is unacceptable. I will never purchase another Jandy product.
