So far very happy with the chlorinator kit. Love the clear top of the cell system to easily visualize the color of when to clean. Love the ease of the controls for changing percentage of chlorination. Hope it lasts. Our last chlorinator was a different brand and only lasted 4 years. Hoping this will last alot longer.

I was having issues with my salt generator after a few years of use. Through great customer service we were able to get the problem solved quickly and no cost to me. The customer service by far is what stood out in this situation. I will continue to use Jandy products just for this reason.

The chlorinator works fine. It doesn't let you know what the salt level is though. I have to have a separate meter to check the actual salt in the pool.

It took a little work and time to locate a current licensed Jandy warranty business that would come look at my device but once this was achieved everything went beautifully. Paradise Pool Repairs came and swapped out the device. I am very happy with Jandy and how it stands behind its products.
