Ethical, Flexible, Strong depth of knowledge, and Efficient are just a few words I would use to describe my experience with Jarrod and his staff. I would describe Jarrod as a partner more than a service provider. While he provided a service, he was deeply involved in my decision making process. His involvement was critical and fundamental to our house buying process. The only item of concern is the office schedule, as it can be difficult at times to make physical contact. Use text or E-mail.
Leader One was able to do our loan but the process needed better communication. Everything came down to the last minute and while we were able to get into our home the process was frustrating and being yelled at for a different title company’s error was not helpful. Rather than problems we would have rather had solutions presented.
