Jarrod sent me a hand-addressed refi flyer several years ago. I stopped by his office and he spent nearly an hour explaining my refinance options. Then I decided NOT to refinance. A few years later when we were ready to purchase a new home (which we just closed on!) I contacted Jarrod and another lender. He once again did a great job helping me understand my options. And when the other lender offered a closing cost credit, Jarrod was able to offer a beat the offer! Highly recommend Jarrod!

Jarrod Doty and his team were phenomenal in making sure we obtained the mortgage we needed. We started out with Quicken loans and QUICKLY realized they jumped the gun on pre-approving us. We the tried Wells Fargo and did not meet their guidelines and a third reviewed us and said no. Jarrod and his team, took their time and smartly obtained what they needed from us in advance to make an informed and professional decision on approving us for our mortgage. They went above and beyond for us.
Everyone was wonderful helped through all the steps and made sure I understood everything.
Jarrod and his team went way beyond my expectations. My circumstances were not the most straightforward and Jarrod came up with Plans A-B-C-D, maybe even an E, to ensure that I could get into the house that I wanted. Thanks Leader1 Team
You guys are some of the best people I have delt with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying a home. I ran around with other companies for a bit until I had my first call with Jarrod. I felt like he actually took the time to look into me, and helped me to get everything in order to start my mortgage process. Also the update videos were pretty cool to, and was a good way to perk up the day when I got them.
