Jeancarlos expertise is and went beyond him being a great lender that new every aspect of his title but also new all who was involved in our real estate transaction and their role and how it flows to get it done. JC was easy to work with. He explained the type of loan we qualified with and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also checked our finances and walked us through achieving our monthly payment before even seeing homes with our realtor. By the time we submitted our first offer, the underwriting process was complete and helped push our offer into getting accepted.
