JC was easy to work with. He explained the type of loan we qualified with and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also checked our finances and walked us through achieving our monthly payment before even seeing homes with our realtor. By the time we submitted our first offer, the underwriting process was complete and helped push our offer into getting accepted.
