Jeancarlos, his assistant, and processing team at American Pacific Mortgage successfully helped me with my refinance! We were able to lower my monthly payment by almost $300! Jean made the process easy and always kept me up to speed with the whole process, even when obstacles arose, they pushed through and got it done! Where do I start, I have been working with Jeancarlos for 3 years to get to this point. If this doesnt show anyone dedication I dont know what will. We are homeowners!!! And it’s in part thanks to our lending team and our agent. Seriously such a seamless experience purchasing a home. My wife and I highly recommend Jeancarlos. He is very professional, yet treats you as if you are one of the family. Always makes himself available and and is very knowledgeable. We got a lower then expected APR and where credited money for our closing. There is so many variables and options that go into choosing and getting a home loan and Jeancarlos was there to inform and assist us every step of the way.
