I was introduced to Jeancarlos by my agent. I was in need of a higher loan and was looking to buy with know money down. When i spoke with Jeancarlos, he listened. He was able to place me in all the first time home buyers programs; CalHFA USDA the Key programs FHA and more. The only problem was i had just purchased a new car. JeanCarlos, provided me with honesty and excellent customer service. My loan was closed without any hiccups and delays, since my loan was a bit difficult due to the Hero Program. He also, locked my refinance at a much lower interest rate. JeanCarlos understands what it means to build relationships and keep them. I truly recommend JeanCarlos and would use him again.
I have to say this market has been crazy!! Despite the red hot market and limited supply, Jeancarlos helped and guided me through all the ups and downs this market has brought!! I talked to other lenders and there was nobody that was as attentive, sympathetic, and overall as helpful as Jeancarlos. He explained everything throughout the process and I never felt left in the dark. 10/10 highly recommend.
