Jeff never failed to answer his phone when I called with a question. And although he was on vacation the week of my closing, he took the time to make sure i had been contacted to ensure I wouldn't miss my appointment.

Jeff was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I, fiancé at the time, stopped at an open house on a Sunday afternoon, put an offer in at 430, then contacted Jeff at 5pm when it was accepted.
