We worked with Jeff on a previous home purchase about ten years ago. He was always available and extremely helpful in helping us understand loan details, and what was best for our family....here we are years later and Jeff did not disappoint once again.
Jeff was a good communicator and whenever we had a question, he responded right away. Even though the underwriters were slammed with business when we began our loan process, Jeff and Paula made sure our closing deadline was met. The couple we purchased our home from were 95 and 92 years of age and are now in assisted living. Jeff asked the closing attorney to make arrangements to meet with them so they could sign the documents without leaving their home. Great experience!
