Jeff never failed to answer his phone when I called with a question. And although he was on vacation the week of my closing, he took the time to make sure i had been contacted to ensure I wouldn't miss my appointment.

Jeff was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I, fiancé at the time, stopped at an open house on a Sunday afternoon, put an offer in at 430, then contacted Jeff at 5pm when it was accepted. We never dreamed our offer would be accepted. Jeff went to work, and by 11 pm that same Sunday night, he had us pre approved and on our way to owning our dream home.
