RecommendedThe entire staff is efficient and friendly. All the staff that were dealing with my dog walked me completely through every aspect of the procedure he would be going through. After the procedure I received a text message advising me that my dog had come through the procedure as they expected and a pick-up time. Finally when picking up my dog, the limitations on his movement were explained along with the medication how and when they should be given along with his recovery scheduled. RecommendedThe BEST! 10/10 would recommend. While we liked our vet in Marion we’ll continue making the 45 minute trip here. Dr. Swart is fantastic, so is the whole staff. I will never be able to sing their praises enough! Thank you for helping our sweet Meadow and always taking such amazing care of her.
RecommendedAfter adopting a kitten from the kokomo humane society/petsmart we found that she was not properly cared for while at petsmart waiting holiday adoption. We brought home a sick kitten, who also had a previous fracture. No one communicated with us about her being sick or injured.
