RecommendedThey are great and care so much for our fur babies. Mine recently had serious dental work done. Dr Swartz called me during the procedure to tell me what he had found, what he could do, and the cost. It was great to know what to expect when I picked them up. He also gave me complete instructions for them. I trust him with my babies as I have all my babies in the past.
Dr. Swart & Dr. Rigsy are FABULOUS! They love your dog as much as you do and take excellent care when treating your fur babies! Kyonna got to love on Tucker too! Love Jefferson House Animal Hospital.
Dr Swart and Hayley were great the whole process. Grey Potato had tumors removed and they both were very informative and cared so much. Also Kyonna Fisher was really good with her on the first visit. Thank you for caring for people's furkids❤🐾✌
Where do I even being, Jefferson Road Animal Hospital has been a life saver, literally. Recently, our Oreo became very ill. Dr. Rigsby and staff were able to get us in to be seen quickly and immediately put her in their animal hospital to try and save her life. The staff at Jefferson Road Animal Hospital worked through the weekend to help nurse Oreo back from what we thought would ultimately would be a grave outcome. We had a wonderful experience for our 1st puppy check. From the receptionist to Dr Rigsby and her tech, they all were genuinely caring and warm. I received a lot of new puppy info and how to helps. The pet plan was a very nice option for us which includes unlimited visits. Thanks to all of you for taking good care of Colt. We look forward to many more years of love & care 🐶❤️
The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. They answer all questions and don't make you feel rushed.
I scheduled a first time appointment online, then called a day early due to my cat developing a new issue. I was able to get in quickly, had a very thorough appointment and treatment, and did not feel rushed at all. Dr Leslie took her time, as did the tech. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great experience!
We switched to this office for all our pets around two years ago. They knew what they were doing, explained everything well and were always really kind. We adopted a kitten recently who turned out to be very sick with pneumonia. She had to stay a couple of nights and they took such great care of her. She’s on her way to a full recovery. My family is so grateful!
