RecommendedDoctor Rigsby was able to see my dog, a new patient, on short notice. As it was an emergency, my dog is scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning (very promptly!) and the price is more than reasonable for seeing her on short notice and the procedure. Dr Rigsby also was incredibly tentative to my dog, and at a point my dog became uncomfortable with her and the tech allowed me to step in and hold her and listened to me when I suggested to let me hold her a different way. my dog was treated extremely well and I really can not say ... read more
Recommendedi have been bringing pets here for years. most recently i would like to thank dr rigsby and her tech alicia for helping my kitty bellatrix feel better after a nasty ear infection bad congestion.

RecommendedI came to Jefferson Road Animal Hospital for a second opinion as I didn’t agree with the previous vet’s treatment plan. Unfortunately the damage had already been done to my 12 year old dog. However, Dr. Rigsby did so much for my dog and helped me to have some extra time with him. The entire staff there was so amazing to us as we had to put our dog to sleep. They were so compassionate and comforting during a really hard time. We will eventually get another dog and will definitely be back. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
RecommendedI have taken both my pets to see Dr. Katie Rigsby. She is very friendly, loving and pays great attention to our needs. My 2 dogs have never been better cared for! From a puppy to being a mature dog, Jefferson Road Animal Hospitals have been with us every step of the way - even in a panic when my Chocolate lab got 'swimmers tail', who knew? RecommendedLove Dr Swart but really wish their prices were not so high. Even with paw plan my visit today cost me $343! I dont want to change vets because Dr. Swart is good with my dogs but one has some serious allergies so their prices may force me to seek treatment somewhere else :(
