RecommendedI had my first experience here yesterday and it was amazing. Everyone was so understanding and helpful with my anxious pup. Dr. Swart was very helpful with Oreo and everyone answered all my questions and gave me so much information even over my dogs whining and barking 😂 I 100% recommended them!

RecommendedDoctor Rigsby was able to see my dog, a new patient, on short notice. As it was an emergency, my dog is scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning (very promptly!) and the price is more than reasonable for seeing her on short notice and the procedure. Dr Rigsby also was incredibly tentative to my dog, and at a point my dog became uncomfortable with her and the tech allowed me to step in and hold her and listened to me when I suggested to let me hold her a different way. my dog was treated extremely well and I really can not say ... read more

RecommendedI came to Jefferson Road Animal Hospital for a second opinion as I didn’t agree with the previous vet’s treatment plan. Unfortunately the damage had already been done to my 12 year old dog. However, Dr. Rigsby did so much for my dog and helped me to have some extra time with him. The entire staff there was so amazing to us as we had to put our dog to sleep. They were so compassionate and comforting during a really hard time. We will eventually get another dog and will definitely be back. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
RecommendedI have taken both my pets to see Dr. Katie Rigsby. She is very friendly, loving and pays great attention to our needs. My 2 dogs have never been better cared for!
