I will never return to Dr. Frederic. Over the years, he has treated my scalp psoriasis and has become less concerned with my issues and more concerned with getting me in and out quickly. I see him every few months for topical scalp treatment, he seems annoyed often with staff and me also. Today he would not see me for my appointment that I unfortunately was 12 mins late for. No. Would not recommend him. Felt he was dismissive and unconcerned.
Dr Frederick performed an excision of a cancerous lesion on my scalp. I experienced complications within a week: pain, fever, spontaneous bleeding from the site of surgery. I returned to Dr. Frederick. Upon examination, he informed me my surgical site “looked perfectly normal” and sent me home. My symptoms and complications persisted. I visited a different dermatologist on an urgent basis who biopsied the incised and sent it to the lab. The results were positive for infection. Dr Frederic did not listen to or care about anything I had to say. His only concern was getting me to leave in the shortest time possible. Don’t waste your time, find anyone else

Dr. Frederic performed biopsy about a week ago. Based on the conversation I had with him at that time, I scheduled my other doctor's appointment for today. The results were not in. It was not only a wasted appointment but money (copay). Even more disturbing is that Dr. Federic's staff refused to remove the suture without an appointment and another copay. I may carry this suture for life but decided to not pay a dime more to this doctor. Greediness should not be the only guiding factor for this or any doctor.
I used to wait weeks to see Dr. Frederic. Now he has many openinings every day. This doctor's personality has drastically changed. He used to be caring, dedicated, thorough and accurate. He is now rude, hurried and inaccurate. Dr. Frederic has gone from being a top notch doctor to simply being hum-drum. I will begin searching for a new dermatologist.

I wanted a few moles removed before they got any larger. And because of the ridiculous insurance rules i could not get the procedure done.

No bedside manner, no empathy or compassion skills, horrible communication skills. Understandable why you can get an appointment in a day. Stay away from this guy. He’s terrible.
